The JXD S7100 is a gaming tablet. It made a lot of buzz on popular tech blogs when it was compared to the Nintendo WiiU's controller/tablet.
Gaming on tablets has been based on touch and motion sensors. Some of these touch games have been very successful (Angry Birds and Plants vs Zombies might be the biggest ones). While touch gaming is nice the S7100 adds buttons which allow it to play a lot of classic games without cluttering your screen.
There are NO SHOULDER BUTTONS (L/R). With Android powering the device there are many possibilities. In the coming days I will go over some of the pros/cons about the JXD S7100.
If you have questions please add them to the comments. Thanks.
Yinlips G18 has shoulder buttons, so I think that will work better for a lot of games. The S7100 has a bigger screen and will work better as a tablet with a few gaming extras. (2m)
Hi there. I just wanted to ask is the analogue stick an 8 way stick or is it true analogue?
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Nick
It's not a true analogue stick. It's the same as using the Dpad buttons. (1m)
DeleteThanks for the quick reply. I probably wont be gettin one now. Zelda without analogue is a no no xD
ReplyDeleteYep. It's too bad because there's potential in the system, it just needed those few things that would make it a true gaming system. (1m)
DeleteHow many days did it take to ship from lettouch?
DeleteI don't exactly remember, but it must have been close to 2 weeks.
