Gear: Samsung Galaxy Player 4.0, Galaxy Player 4.2, Cowon Z2, Sony Walkman, Apple iPod Touch.
Originally I wanted to buy a Cowon Z2, Samsung Galaxy Player (SGP) 3.6 and 4.0, Sony Walkman Z series, and an Apple iPod Touch; and figure out which one was the "best".... but then I realized how financially broke I would become, and how much time it would involve. So, I tossed the Apple (because enough fans make content about that device), then the Sony Z (because it's a powerful system that has hideous battery life), and I narrowed it down to the two Android devices that I thought could be the best, which are the Cowon Z2 and Galaxy Player 4.0.
I did try the Galaxy Player 3.6 at a local store, and saw how hideous the screen quality was. I crossed my fingers that the 4.0 would be better, and yes it is way better.

Eventually I will do a few comparisons with the Cowon Z2.
